This project will unearth the rich ecological wisdom of our Jewish heritage, helping us understand what it means to be responsible stewards of Creation.

The project will consist of several features, including:

*In-ground vegetable, herb, and flower garden beds

     *Raised wheelchair-accessible garden beds

     *Butterfly garden

     *Compost demonstration site

     *Outdoor classroom

     *Greenhouse

As well, a portion of the land running alongside the garden will be planted with native plants, shrubs, and trees, which will attract various insects, birds, and animals to the site.

For more information, or to inquire about booking a program at the garden, please contact
Risa Alyson Strauss, Project Coordinator, at
kavanahgarden@torathateva.org or (416) 805-8382 (TEVA).
